How Does It Work?

If you are a teacher, you’ll need to register with us and complete your Teacher History Form. Most of the information required is based on Department for Education guidelines. Once completed, your form can be reused for future applications — no more entering the same details over and over again.

For each vacancy, you’ll only need to submit a Supporting Statement specific to that role — just as it should be.

Once your Teacher History Form is complete, here’s how the process works:

  1. Our AI generates a concise Summary Bio based on your experience.
  2. If a registered school posts a vacancy, it submits the job description to our AI. If there’s a strong match, your Summary Bio is sent to the school’s HR department.
  3. If the school expresses interest, you’ll be invited to apply and receive the full job description.
  4. If you choose to proceed, you’ll write your Supporting Statement tailored to that specific role.
  5. After submitting, your completed Teacher History Form and Supporting Statement are forwarded to the school’s HR team.

If selected for an interview, the school will contact you with the next steps.

Once registered and ready to advertise a vacancy, here’s how the process works:

  1. Write your job description as you normally would.
  2. Upload the job description in PDF format to our site (It takes less than a minute — we promise).
  3. Our AI will scan the vacancy and search for suitable candidates in our database. If matches are found, you'll receive concise Summary Bios of their experience.
  4. Review the candidates and click on the ones you'd like to invite for an interview.
  5. Selected candidates will receive your job description and an invitation to write a Supporting Statement (maximum two pages).
  6. Once the candidate submits their application, you'll receive their completed Teacher History Form and their Supporting Statement for review.
